Terms and Conditions / Policies for Extensions by Kelly

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 63% of the service price will be collected.
No-shows will also incur a fee of 63% of the service price.
Each guest is allowed two grace cancels if they call within the 24-hour window. After this, frequent cancellations and no-shows may result in a client review, and further action may be taken, including the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a client review may take place, and a non-refundable deposit may be required for future bookings.
A late fee may also be applied as needed.

Extensions by Kelly is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Please ensure all valuables are kept with you at all times during your visit.

Extensions by Kelly follows strict health and safety guidelines. Tools and surfaces are sanitized between each client to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within two weeks of your appointment to request a redo. Anything beyond this time frame will be at the discretion of the stylist.

Unused products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
All hair extension sales are final, with exchange allowed only on unopened hair.

Extensions by Kelly does not offer refunds on hair extension services unless there is a documented application error.
By agreeing to be serviced at Extensions by Kelly, you agree to follow all at-home care protocols and the maintenance schedule provided by your stylist.

By receiving services at Extensions by Kelly, you consent to having your hair photographed and used in promotional materials, including social media, unless otherwise requested.

Extensions by Kelly reserves the right to collect payment and require deposits when deemed necessary to secure appointments and protect against late cancellations and no-shows.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for new clients or clients with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

These terms and conditions are subject to updates. Clients are responsible for reviewing any changes before their appointments.

By scheduling an appointment at Extensions by Kelly, you agree to these policies and release the salon from any liability related to your service or personal items.
